In this presentation, Susie Faries, CEO of SciMed Partners and Vydar Medical, presents 16 key things that women in tech — or in any industry — should keep in mind as their careers unfold. But, more importantly — she’ll present what she sees as key characteristics women “who want to change the world” must embrace. Susie draws from her 30-year career history as a senior level female exec and entrepreneur across multiple industries and positions. Included will be examples and stories of what it’s taken to manage through the complexities of the business jungle including Silicon Valley.
Susie comes from one of the oldest entrepreneurial families on the East Coast and will share what she’s learned about risk, reward, and innovation.
